We had done renovations before but never a full build, so we were quite nervous about picking somebody, but we had no issues with Sam as our builder whatsoever.
Our experience throughout the process has been excellent! The communication was very good, and Sam was always available when we needed to talk something through. Sam is very easy to deal with and flexible when it came to making some changes as the build was happening. Because we didn’t know what was ahead of us, he was good at explaining the steps we would go through until our home was built.I really liked the fact that he works only on a few projects at a time because he’s a bespoke builder. We were happy that we had his individual attention, and it wouldn’t be weeks between seeing or speaking to him.
His attention to detail is another fantastic quality. He took pride in his work and made sure everything was done to a high quality.
