The client was building a new home for the first time and came to us via a word-of-mouth recommendation. They visited two other homes we had built in the area and loved the finished quality of the work they saw.

The client wanted to update their older home and make it modern and new through renovations. The challenge was to renovate an old Queensland property with its own structural constraints while also meeting the client’s brief for fresh and modern spaces.

Renovating an older home with custom spaces
The client wanted to substantially renovate an older home’s living room and master bedroom and add a pool and carport. Kirsten found us through word-of-mouth recommendation and was a first-time renovator.
The challenge was to renovate an old Queensland property with its own structural constraints while also meeting the client’s brief.

The client owned a property in a flood zone in Brisbane and wanted to reinstate the house, but to the new QLD Government standards of a flood resilient house.
